Love, Peace and Water

Trying one more time, damnit. It seems to have worked on that previous post. This will be a short one.

Adrian T. was talking about spearfishing over at his blog and it reminded me of something I stumbled upon on the net a while back. Poseidon Resorts! Here's some of what it is,

"Currently in the final design stages, Poseidon will be the world's first sea floor resort complex. The resort will be a unique, intimate and exclusive, five-star destination providing the highest possible levels of luxury and service. Poseidon's guests will experience a marvelous ambiance of comfort and camaraderie that will not soon be forgotten.

For those who have dreamt of visiting their imagination's wildest destinations; traveling to the moon, reaching the summit of the most forbidden peaks or exploring the mysteries of the ocean depths, Poseidon will be a reality you will truly appreciate."

Strange enough I've not been one to dream big on traveling the world. I mean, hey, if the opportunity knocks on my door, it's a done deal, if not, I'll still be alright. But when I first saw this, I immediately thought, "I have to go there." It's now the first thing on my dream-places-to-visit-list.

I'm not one to talk about sex and anyone that knows me knows that. But the first thing I thought when I saw this place was how much of an unreal, never to be forgotten experience it'd be to be with your partner there. Yeah, I'm so going there before I die.

DEFINITELY!

Earning third-world wages, I'll visit in the year 2210?

Make a reservation for me, will ya?

6:39 AM

Sounds like James Bond, and I think I am still going to have to wage a no posting protest in order to raise world awareness of the posting problems you are having.

7:11 AM

You can go to The Dallas World Aquarium

7:31 AM

oops, tried to preview and wound up publishing.
Anyway, the DWA has a glass hallway that makes you feel as though you are on the ocean floor. A manatee went over when my wife and I were passing through. Very eerie. I think we ducked.
Good job on the post though - links and everything! How'd you get the color?

7:34 AM

Jenn,
Let's ditch these losers and live on the bottom of the sea.

12:57 PM

That place looks awesome, a good place to stage your atempt to take over the world

2:50 PM

Had sex in a cave... a mile underground pitch black... that was a memorable one.

3:00 PM

By the way it is good to see you again... glad you feel better.

3:00 PM

Uh an underwater resort. Things like these are destined for disaster. Remember the Titanic was the 5-star traveling experience back in its day. I don't like this, I'd rather sex you up above sea level.

3:02 PM

I still want to go to one of those ice hotels I've seen footage of on tv. Kinda like a big igloo but supposedly not as cold inside. But the other place does sound interesting. Hmmm...

4:25 PM

Hey, Jenn. I reposted that FBI post for you, but I messed up and posted it to the wrong site. In an attempt to drum up readership though, I'll give you that link.

If this doesn't work, let me know & I will repost to usual site.

Jenn, I reposted FBI post for you. Just for you I am running reruns.

"Shut up monkey!"

(blushes as monkey mocks me for liking you)

8:46 PM

Post on alternite site did not work - red, white & blue font looked crappy on brown background so I deleted.

8:47 PM

glad you see you back sista!!! we have missed you and i hope your feeling fine..interesting concept this underwater place..i however am not one to spend any amount of time where i can not breathe...not saying they cant breathe, but they couldn't if something happened..

9:03 PM

Wow! As great as that sounds, I'm not sure I would want to visit a place named after the ill tempered sea god. I mean really, look at what he did to that ship we named after him! You'd think they could come up with something a little more inviting...

6:08 AM

Adrian,will do!

Mr. Rat, where'd you come up with James Bond? Thanks for wanting to protest, too. Reading though all my archives last night, I realized I've always had a problem with Blogger.

Kurt, I had never heard of DWA. It looks awesome. And as for the color on the links, it automatically does it when you link.

Jay, I miss you, too. And as I said before, you ARE my clap. So, I guess I didn't get rid of it/you.

UNLV, let's do this!

Damon, let's take over the world together! But I'm the boss, k.

Alice, like I said before, you're just all around hot! Thanks for the welcome back, too, mama.

Billy Jack & Vavoom, I thought about that, so I came to the conclusion that I'd only want to stay for a night.

An80snut, ice hotel?

Dusty, thanks for the welcome back, too. And I'm sure you could breathe silly.

RT, I like the name Poseidon!

7:02 AM

Jenniveve......one night is all we need woman.

6:53 PM

Brock, quit being a pansy!

Bill, you can't handle this! :P

12:23 AM

Giiiiiirrrrrlllll, I was famous the day I was born, I didn't need TJ. I just used her to show how easily someone who thinks they are smart can be tricked. Worked like a charm.

5:32 AM

jenn my love, i don't really know if snoop dogg carrys an umbrella or not. it was just a joke sweetie. i'm sorry you took it so seriously but if you really do go out to buy an umbrella, make sure it's pimpalicious!

i'm not doing the bike ride anymore (i'll explain why later, this is not the time or place for it) and i'm not sure that we will even be in albuquerque for that weekend, so we may not be able to hang out when you get back from your trip. we do need to figure out a time to hang out soon though. very very soon.

boyfriend comes home next week!!! xoxoxox

7:11 AM

Jenn honey, I know you like the name, but come on, do your homework! I enjoy, and share, your enthusiasm... but it's all in the name. :o)

1:23 PM

OK Ok fine, I'll go to Poseidon with ya, also. At least, I guess, we don't have to worry about it sinking... But if anything else happens to me, I'm holding you responible!:o)
