Rage Against The Machine is playing Coachella this year. Now isn't that something? Chris Cornell is working on his second solo. Could this lead to no more Audioslave? I sure as hell hope not, though some solo Chris is never a bad thing and some new Rage material could be exciting.

I am going to see TOOL in March! I hope you're jealous. Myself and five of my guy friends will be there. I can NOT wait. Just a few days after tickets went on sale they are almost sold out. It shall prove to rock me right.

Portishead may finally be releasing some new material after nearly a decade! Now that's some good shit! Although, the track that has been put out there isn't exactly my forte. Check it out.

I am going to the WWE Raw (or maybe it's Smackdown) in March as well. Helloooo John Cena!

I have an interview tomorrow for the specialists/supervisor position. I finally put in for it. Let's see what happens.

My son was tested for the gifted program. I sat down with seven teachers, counselor's and other "big dogs" at a meeting the other day about this. I was so excited that my son was made such a big deal. He may not test at the gifted level, but he is above average. The cut off score is 120, they consider gifted at 130, he tested at 125. The teachers at his school are pushing for him. My son rocks and there's not stopping him!

I went out this Saturday after an hiatus of clubbing. I was pretty much bored for half the time when I decided I wasn't gonna leave there saying I was bored... so I got drunk. I had a good time!

I pay off my car this year. You know what that means? I get to put the furniture I want in the house I'll be getting!

On Friday, my job paid me my hourly rate of pay to go get drunk. They even supplied the alcohol. I love my job.

... Hooked on the XBox. Gears of War and Call of Duty 2 rock my socks. Mike and I have been playing co-op on Gears of War and I've been playing Live on Call of Duty. It just doesn't get any better.
... Playing Resistance, Fall of Men on the Playstation 3, which also rocks my socks. I pretty much suck at Live because all these gamers smoke me, but I still give them a run for their money. Not really, but I am better at this than Call of Duty.
... We are supposed to go snowboarding in Durango this weekend, but apparently they have had some avalanches. We might have to hit Sandia and/or Santa Fe instead. Although, putting my son in classes was to be the highlight in Durango.
... My clutch gave out. It was only 800 bucks to get it fixed. Chump change. I wasn't stressed out at all. (Motherf*@!&r)
... Best show of last year, Imogen Heap was up there with Nine Inch Nails. I took my friend Chris and he described one of the songs as "orgasmic." Kid Beyond opened for her, but they also collaborated on a few of her songs and they just blew it out of the water. It was fucking awesome to say the least. ... I am seriously obsessed with Ryan Adams. Like seriously. He is amazing and his music just kinda grabs me by the booboo. I'm also obsessed with DJ Reggie aka Ryan Adams, The Shit aka Ryan Adams, Warren Peace aka Ryan Adams, and Werewolph aka Ryan Adams. He's been in rare form as of the late and that's not a bad thing. I'm currently in the process of owning as many possible bootlegs alla Ryan as possible as I pretty much own all of what has been released. He has so much out there, it's hard to keep up... or to catch up nonetheless. His fans have compiled what they titled the Bedhead Series. It is roughly 19 albums of all that is Ryan. If you can get your hands on them, do it. If you can't and want to, let me know. He's supposed to drop a few albums this year. Yes, a FEW. I can't wait to add them to my Ryan shrine.
... I also got somewhat carried away into the world that is 30 Seconds To Mars. It's good stuff, though all the crazy little guys out there have taken it to another level with them. Thank you, MTV! (Bitches)
... One of my favorite CD purchases in '06 would be Catch Without Arms by Dredg along with Tool's 10,000 Days of course.
... I watched Gladiator again the other night for the 20,000th time. It just doesn't get old, I tell you.
... I read so much now I think my eyes might pop out of my head. I realized, too that it's getting pretty pricey buying all these books. I like to own those that I read so the library isn't in question. What's a girl to do? I did however get two books and a gift card with $30 bucks to Barnes N Noble for Christmas. Oh, and I got two CD's, too! (Thank you both. You know who you are. You rock.)
... Speaking of which, that Damien Rice CD is some good stuff. The song 9 Crimes is gorgeous and he rocks Me, My Yoke, and I.
... Okay, this post is boring, but I've forgotten how to post, so cut me some slack and give me a chance to get back into the groove of things.

So... we always want a white Christmas... guess what? We got one. BUT CHRISTMAS IS OVER NOW! We don't need anymore snow. I know it's been a while, dear Mother Nature, but we're good. Really. We like it better when you make it snow and then melt it the next day, leave it in the mountains to sled or the skii resorts. We like it that way!

We had a snow storm a couple weeks ago and the snow is just still here. It's not even pretty anymore. It's all dirty and black and just frozen. It's not even slushly. No one did fuck all for New Year's Eve because there was so much fog (vapor) the visibility was about 50 yards. We are freezing nuts out here. I like cold, but not when it restricts me. Oh, except for work, they don't give a shit, someone HAS to be here. So we drive in the jacked ass streets to come arrest bad guys. Fuckers.

It's going to be 8 degrees tonight. EIGHT DEGREES! That's NOT NORMAL! But, I get what I asked for, eh? I "hate when it's hot!" Bring on the summer. I can't get in my car in the mornings because the door is frozen shut, I'm gonna end up breaking off the handle. When you take off the window freeze up again after you just got frost bite taking off the frost, when I start my car it sounds like it's giving birth because it's so cold it doesn't know what to do, and I haven't went out in forever it seems! You're killing me, smalls!

Riddle me this, Batman! Why is the rest of the world chillin' in 70 degree weather? Don't get me wrong, the snow was beautiful and I had the cheesiest smile and I was all excited and took all kinds of pictures. But, I'm all done now. AND, the weather man say's we have another snow storm coming. What's he know?!

Anyone wanna come make snow angels with me? Bitches.

And Mexi, yes I was on the East coast. I will be going back again and again... and again. NY is awaiting my presence as is Chicago and Virginia again. Let's not forget Cali. I'll be there as much as I can, too. I love the world.
